Technical Support

The technical support of software (SW) developed by Innodata includes:

  • the right to obtain distribution packages of SW modules;
  • the right to obtain information from technical experts concerning the procedures for installation and update of SW modules in the scope of the base functionality;
  • fixing errors in SW modules acknowledged by the Rights holder;
  • the right to obtain updates with fixed errors, if such updates are issued by the Rights holder.
